Greetings from K8KHZ.  Brief History of K8KHZ: I was first licensed in 1999 as KC8MPQ. In 2001 I then changed my call sign through the vanity system to K8KHZ. I am involved with several activities within amateur radio. I am an ARRL National Traffic Service (NTS) official Relay Station. I served as the Program Director for The South Eastern Michigan DX Association 2006/2007. I have achieved ARRL DXCC (Total 165) . I Also am a contester and belong to the Mad River Radio Club. I sometimes am an operator at super station K8CC. I am appointed as VUCC and WAS award manager by he Hazel Park Amateur Radio Club (HPARC). I am also secretary for the Hazel Park radio Club for 2007-2008 and I have served as the swap chairman for 2005, 2006 and coming up 2007 I was the 2007 Amateur of the Year for HPARC 2007. I am also a member of Oakland County ARES/RACES (ARPSC) where i am the NTS liaison. I am the owner/founder of a 500 member, mobile amateur radio Yahoo! group named, mobileAmateurRadio found at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mobileamateurradio. My station is a Yeasu 1000MP MARK-V. I have 3 antennas. G5RV, A-99 Veritcal, and a Tri Band 3el Mosely Yagi. I am mostly a SSB operator. I am from an entire amateur radio family. Mother N8FE, Father K8UP, Brother is KC8CAM/VK4TJF.
